This Refund Policy explains how Yankee Candle handles returns, exchanges, cancellations, and approved refunds for orders shipped within the United States.

30-Day Returns and Exchanges

You may request a no-reason return or exchange within 30 days after receiving your order. Items should be unused, in their original condition, and returned with packaging and accessories when reasonably possible.

To begin a return or exchange, contact us before sending any item back so we can review the request and provide instructions.

Return Shipping Paid by Us

For approved no-reason returns, return shipping is paid by the merchant. If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, return shipping is also paid by the merchant and your statutory consumer rights are not limited by any non-returnable item category.

Items Not Eligible for No-Reason Returns

Customized products, clearance or Final Sale items, gift cards, and opened intimate or hygiene-sensitive goods are not eligible for no-reason returns. This limitation does not restrict your rights when a product is damaged, defective, wrong, or missing from the shipment.

Refunds and Cancellations

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5?10 business days after approval and processing by the payment provider. Orders may be cancelled before shipment; after shipment, this Refund Policy applies.
