What products do you sell?
We sell scented candles, jar candles, and tumbler candles, home fragrance refills and reed diffusers, car fragrance products, candle accessories such as holders, shades, toppers, and tools, with uses ranging from home fragrance and seasonal decorating to car fragrance and candle-accessory styling.
Do you ship outside the United States?
No. We currently ship only to U.S. addresses.
Is standard shipping free?
Yes. Standard shipping is free on all U.S. orders, and tracking is provided after shipment.
How long does delivery take?
Orders process in 1?2 business days, and standard transit is generally 4?6 business days after shipment.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. You may request a no-reason return or exchange within 30 days after delivery. Merchant-paid return shipping applies to approved no-reason returns and to damaged, defective, wrong, or missing items.
Which payments are accepted?
Checkout is in USD and supports Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, and Discover.
